I am responsible for invoicing clients and processing the staff pay. I organize rotas and recruitment. I cover on call and support staff and clients generally.
I have gained confidence working in the care sector rather than just general business management which I have done before.
I have learnt a lot and feel ready to move on to level 5 now as I have just completed level 3.
All of the course is laid out and I can see what I am expected to do and what I have still to do.
I am given time to complete my work and can ask my manager if I need any assistance.
I can ask for help and am given time when I need it.
I understand how to train the care staff to be the best they can.
We go out as a team for a meal twice a year.
