Dealing with customers via email chat and phone call, helping my colleagues around me as well as attending 2 weekly PD sessions to get a catchup from our manager as to what the latest news is and how we are performing
I have learnt the MCT channel, how to deliver presentation effectively
A lot, it is very fun, I enjoy the company and the people around me

We have Christmas party coming up, there's a DHL Got Heart event which is a charity event, round the year there are different events to participate in
