  • My job role is to support individuals in supported living, i support them with daily living skills such as shopping, cleaning and cooking, i also administer medication and work in a person centred way to meet the individuals needs.

  • I have learnt new skills along the way in my career such as booking out medication, writing the individuals care plans and risk assessments.

  • i have really enjoyed this programme as i have learnt new things that have came in good use for my job role.

  • my programme is well organised and easy to access.

  • i receive really good support from my management team and colluegues

  • we have social activities within the home and across the other homes in the company.

  • my tips and advice would be to be open to any opportunities you may be offered, and to bring in a positive attitude into the work place and to help and support eachother to work as a team so the people we support have the best experience in their care.
