My job role is to support individuals in supported living, i support them with daily living skills such as shopping, cleaning and cooking, i also administer medication and work in a person centred way to meet the individuals needs.
I have learnt new skills along the way in my career such as booking out medication, writing the individuals care plans and risk assessments.
i have really enjoyed this programme as i have learnt new things that have came in good use for my job role.
my programme is well organised and easy to access.
i receive really good support from my management team and colluegues
i have received excellent support from my training provider whilst doing my apprentice and i have received good feedback.
i believe the qualification helps me perform better in my job role as i have learnt new ways of working
we have social activities within the home and across the other homes in the company.

my tips and advice would be to be open to any opportunities you may be offered, and to bring in a positive attitude into the work place and to help and support eachother to work as a team so the people we support have the best experience in their care.
