My job role at time of apprenticeship was Field care supervisor. It was my job to supervise care staff in spot checks and medication competencies. Answer phones, providing advice and support where needed. Assisting to cover care visits as needed.
I have learnt alot about local government and policy and procedures. This has helped me progress in me career.
I enjoyed my course very much, I found my first tutor to be unorganized and unprepared at times but but final tutor was very good and knowledgeable.
Programme itself was well laid out, as stated in previous section had issues with firth Tutor.
My employer supported me as needed.
I had adequate support from my tutor during my apprenticeship, she was very helpful and attentive.
Better knowledge of policy and procedures and local authorities have helped me in my role and to progress by career whilst supporting others.
