yes, I have been able to research the different models of management and leadership theory, communication and partnership working.
I really enjoy it, good relationship with my tutor who understands the demands of my day job too.
Very well organised, easy to contact tutor and easy to navigate onefile login.
My employer supports my apprenticeship.

I feel it has enhanced my role quite significantly, allowing me to see that there are areas where I need to build expertise whilst reaffirming confidence in areas I am already experienced in.
