my role is to keep all children safe and comfortable in the environment there in. I keep them engaged throughout the day by doing activities and support them during free play. And encourage them by helping them meet their nexts steps.
I’ve developed my knowledge in childcare extremely well just by attending webinars and completing work that has been set
Learning more about children and their needs.
