    • I have learnt new skills around the role of management and has been beneficial being putting into place.

    • my manager is great and is always there to help me. She is a great asset to lifetime. Any questions or concerns she will always help

    • Some modules didn't work when I first started

    • Lots of help. Always there to help. I was struggling with maths but I think they should provide maths coach from the start of the apprenticeship.
