Yes, since starting my apprenticeship I have become a self checker in under a year working for whitbread.
I thoroughly enjoy the programme, my trainer does a good job of keeping me on track.
Very well. My trainer, has adapted my plan accordingly and helps loads with the workload.
Receive a good amount of support from my employer. Although they could make it easier to complete off the job hours if they weren’t so tight on labour budget.
Received lots of support from my trainer personally. Accepts that life happens and helps me get back on track when I’m ready.
They’ve helped me realise a lot of things that go on that goes into the everyday role that not everyone thinks about. Puts the job into perspective.
Only around Christmas we have a party. To celebrate the year.
Yes
Pay well and they work for me around my childcare hours. Very flexible work environment.
