I monitor the daily progress on site and communicate this to other members of the team.
I have already achieved a level 3 qualification in construction and a level 3 NVQ in construction and now i am working towards a level 5 HND and level 5 NVQ. As well as attending numerous internal courses.
I enjoy the work because you can see what you are working on being built and i like being part of a large team.

There is a clear scheme set out and all the apprentices have a chance to experience other sites during their apprenticeship program so you gain more experience.

there are company events throughout the year to let you know what is happening within the business.
