I manage 4 services of supported living. This includes people management and management of the care and support of all of our service users in Stockport.
I learnt a lot about health & social care management, cqc regulations and rules, I learnt a lot about legal legislation and what my responsibilities are as a health and social care manager.
I loved every minute of doing my qualification and did learnt so much that still helps me day to day now.
Very well organised and structured. My tuture always had a clear plan in place we had meetings booked ahead of time and I always knew what I needed to do.
I received alot of support, any time i needed this
My tutor was fantastic, even answering calls and texts in the evening and at the weekend when I needed support.
My qualification has really improved my knowledge but also my confidence.
