Day-to-day varied depending on weather you worked at client site or in the office. Usually you would perform testing an a particular area of the audit and have calls with the client to clear up any queries.
This experience has really helped me to develop many new skill such as my IT and excel skills, alongside my soft skills to communicate with clients and the different teams that I worked with.
I really enjoyed my program and would definitely recommend it to anyone that was interested in accounting or was even unsure in what field of work the would want to do, as this program opens up lots of opportunities to go out and work in many different industries.
The program is very well organised with many people to keep you up to date.
I received lots of support with having general buddies that you could always got to if you had any issues or needed help with anything. Further we have a program manager who is always available for you to ask questions to and to keep you up to date
The university help to support you and they check up on you throughout your placement
They provide a foundation of understanding of the role and the work that you perform, so that when you go on placement you have a basic understanding of the accounting principles
There are many ways in which you can get involved in extra activities with monthly socials where you do many different activities and office football teams and so on, as well as sessions to help develop your skills.

As it has a lovely work environment that is incredible flexible to work around what you need to do and they also provide a very supportive and welcoming coaching culture so you can ask any and all of your questions
