To provide the children in my care with fun and engaging teaching, to help aid the children's development,
I have developed many existing skills and also extended my knowledge of how a child develops
I enjoy the programme but with other factors in my life for example being a single working parent it is often hard to manage the work load
It is well structured in my areas I have found the functional skills side has been lacking
Not as much as I'd like, infeel I don't get enough time during work hours to do any apprenticeship work
My personal assessor has been a huge support and is always on hand if I need assistance
I feel it has enhance my skills and knowledge and therfore in turn makes me better at my role

Yes
It is a fun place to work with friendly encouraging staff and the majority of the parents are fantastic at working together with us to enable the best opportunities for the children
There is alot more that goes into the role then you may first think, I feel you need good stamina as you can be on you feet alot and it is often mentally draining
