Looking after children. Helping with things such as daily routine and behaviour management
I have learnt lots of skills through my level 2 and through other training I am continuing this with realise with my level 3
I really enjoy working with children. I find realise to be extremely supportive and a good way of working
It is very good webinars and meeting with tutor are planned in advance and stuck to
I find my employer to be very supportive and caring
The support from my training provider is good she answer questions quickly and is helpful
The things I learn in the webinars can then be put into place in the rooms
There are staff meeting which include team building exercises and works dos such as Xmas

They are supportive of students with SEND and efficient
