    • I have learnt lots of skills through my level 2 and through other training I am continuing this with realise with my level 3

    • I really enjoy working with children. I find realise to be extremely supportive and a good way of working

    • It is very good webinars and meeting with tutor are planned in advance and stuck to

    • I find my employer to be very supportive and caring

    • The support from my training provider is good she answer questions quickly and is helpful

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • The things I learn in the webinars can then be put into place in the rooms

    • There are staff meeting which include team building exercises and works dos such as Xmas
