  • Interacting with children and engaging them in activities that stimulate their learning and development. Carrying out children’s intimate care needs and meeting all of their needs such as hunger, sleep, nappy changes/toileting. To safeguarding children following my setting policies and procedures to provide them with a safe environment.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have development my confidence in communicating with new people and confidence in myself. I have learnt how to change a nappy and make a bottle. I have also learnt about the different needs for each age group and how to plan activities to help enhance their learning and development.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my programme has it offers me resources and support that I need in order to complete my level 3 and enhance my knowledge and skills needed for working in early years. My assessor is really supportive and allows me to work in a way that best suits me.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive loads of help and support from my employer and have made it known to me that if I ever need to talk about stuff work related or personal that I can always talk to them. They also offer me support and guidance in regards to my level 3.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive loads of support and guidance from my training provider whilst I am working towards my level 3 qualification and my work loads by helping me to work in ways that best suit me and my learning.

  • I am really confident that my qualification with help to better perform in my role.

  • I attend staff meeting and staff outings in order to better enhance my working relationship and communication with the other staff members.
