I am undertaking an apprenticeship porgram for associate project management. I Iook after a number of projects, ensuring the smooth running of these projects and ensuring that the stakeholders are appropriately managed. I learn valuable skills towards my development and also my future career.

Yes i have learn project management, stake holder management, Earn value and external management of finances.

I really enjoy it as it gives me a good blend of practical and academic study

Its great with clear instructions and support form the company.

There are employee resource groups, additional learning and chances to get involved in ambassador work.

i am better prepared for my current role and well on my way to developing for the next role.

There are social aspects and a social committee and also ambassador work and networking.
