Supporting Hearing Impaired students daily with access to learning and supporting needs in class to help them become independent learners.
Developed existing supporting skills on how to better support learning in School.
Really enjoyed learning with LMP as they were very supportive and I knew I could contact them anytime with whatever query I may have had.
I didn't think it was well organised at the start as my Tutors were changed quite a bit but once I had the consistency of one tutor it became better structured and didnt have a problem when another tutor was introduced towards the end of my course.
My employer was very good with supporting me and ensuring I was given time out to get on with my course during the year.
I received good support throughout with tutors getting back to me quickly whenever needed.
Now I can be better at my job role knowing all the information I do with all the extra CPD obtained.
Yes there is.
