Staff role on several different audit engagements over the year.
Yes learnt many skills such as communication, listening and excel skills
It is good however can be very stressful.
Organisation is good however if you deviate from the main pathway it tends to get quite messy.
A lot of support is provided however sometimes unclear who to reach out to for support.
A lot of support when you are actively in college. Outside college it can be more difficult.
A lot, it is valuable knowledge and improves my ability to actively contribute on engagements.
Yes many, however so many it can be unclear what already exists and what doesn't.

Good experience but is not for everyone.
You need to be disciplined and have a good work ethic as well as being enjoyable to work with.
