I'm a store manager so my role can be quite varied, dealing with large teams of 100+. My role involves budget planning, commercial decisions, stock ordering, HR, people & culture, strategy, rolling out central initiatives & projects.
Yes, so many new skills. My coaching has really levelled up, I haven't finished my course yet but already have a much better understanding of what good coaching looks like and how I can use it in my role.
I really enjoy my programme, I find the course content interesting and the delivery varied with 1-2-1 sessions, online workshops and digital self paced content. I like the flexibility of the content and being able to come back to things later if I want more time to process the information etc.
Seems to be well organised although I have nothing to compare it to.
My employer supports me as much as they need to, but the ownership really sits with myself to make the time for my learning.
As much as I need, and I know I can reach out to my learning coach whenever needed.
I think it has made me a much better coach, and ultimately a better leader. I feel more competent in my coaching skills and can use them to get the most out of our people.

Yes
Great supportive work environment, it's fast paced and can be hard at times, but it's also exciting.
