  • my role consists of leading a team in a care centre making sure residents are safe and cared for I dispense medication answer phone calls and communicate with other health professionals I over see a staff group during the shift and deal with any issues that may a rise. I also do risk assessments and review support plans .

  • I'm always keen to learn new skills and put them into practise I have learnt alot during my apprenticeship and will continue to share my knowledge with others .i have also learnt that I can be more assertive with in my job role this is an improvement for me

  • I enjoy doing my apprenticeship i could still work my job and learn without it becoming too much i also had a lot of support to achieve my goals

  • my level 4 was very organised and accessible to me i was able to find what i needed on the realise website and was fully supported .

  • My employer was amazing always felt supported and was able to take some time of the floor if i needed too

  • 10000 percent my tutor was always there when i needed help i would highly recommend realise
