I work in the R&D team within tax at the Birmingham office. This entails working with clients to find out the quantity of R&D they have done and the amount they can claim from that.
I have learnt how to use some new computer programs that will assist in my work as well as developing my teamwork and communication skills
So far I have really enjoyed it
My experience of the program so far is that it is really well structured, there have been answers to all the questions that I have had.
As much support as I require, someone has been willing to help me at every opportunity.
The tutors have been really helpful so far, really engaging lessons and always available to answer questions.
Certain modules help more than others, but on the whole I can apply them to my job.
