It is difficult but if you like a challenge and want to feel rewarded it is great. I have enough time to do things I love outside of work. Having to study throughout the programme does also give a break from office work which is always good. Every week seems to be different from the other

It is challenging but very rewarding. The people in the company are very friendly and understanding of commitments outside of work. My work life balance is great and the pay is good. I couldn't have for more in my first 18 months here.
Be yourself and outgoing. Be eager to learn and showcase that you have some skills already and wanting to improve on these skillsets.
