My role involves providing tax advisory and compliance services to a range of domestic and global clients.
Learnt importance of communication, teamwork and asking better questions.
Very much so.
Programme is okay structured, any different graduate schemes in the same service line are offered different qualifications, which is not ideal when meeting people on cohort.

Qualification is tailored to role but have no say in qualification route, you get placed into a scheme and therefore can be trapped on a qualification you do not intend to pursue.
