I am a business support administrator and this involves booking meetings daily as well as meeting rooms and,assisting case teams with work
I have learnt a lot of new skills through the apprenticeship programme
I enjoyed the programme
It is very structured and my tutor always puts in a teams meeting if I need support and always emails me back straight away whenever I ask questions
I receive a lot of support from my employer and whenever I need help, they are always there to ask questions

Yes, our team holds a monthly day where all of the team come in and have lunch together as well as do somethign after work
