I work with small groups within the classroom, depending on the lesson I may observe learners while the teacher models and then assist them when we do begin independent learning.
I have developed my confidence a lot more as well as my time management and organisational skills.
I work Monday to Friday at the placement and then during the holidays or during free time I work on my coursework side of things.
They are supportive and check in with you regularly and offer support if needed.
It’s helping me expand on my knowledge which I can then practically apply in my role as a teaching assistant.
