My role is to oversea and manage programmes. This may include planning and designing a programme; monitoring its progress and resolving issues that may have been brought up.
I have learnt all about being a programme manager. Creating skills in many different ways such as team leadership and software skills such as excel.
I enjoy my programme as the company is very interesting and the tasks are engaging.
My programme is very well structured as my manager has clear objectives for me and how he wants me to perform in the workplace.
I recieve lots of support with 2 meetings a week where we discuss what i have been doing for the week and what i will continue to do throughout the next days.
I receive some support but not that much.
i feel that the things i have been taught have been very useful to me when working.
Yes there is lots of activities for me to take part in. such as a football team.
Yes
Because its a great company to work for with lots of opportunities for progression. the work culture is very healthy and people are generally happy to work here. Also, its a 4 day work week which means fridays off.
Little things which you may not feel are important to the role but you are proud you have accomplished/take part in do matter. Be confident in the interview and make sure you impress so they remember you!
