My role is store management but at the minute I am a store assistant while I am training to become what I want to achieve for the first 2-3 years I will be an apprentice, then I will work my way up to become manager of Aldi store
I’ve learnt how to use a jack, what produce ambient and brioche is I’ve learnt many different things while working at Aldi
I really enjoy it it’s a lot of work but worth it in the end
I have a data plan where as I do 6 hours a week on my apprentice learning
I do get lot of support in my journey
I get quite a bit of support whenever I need help I just email and he gets right back to me
It helps me learn little things about Aldi that I never knew before
