I am a digital marketing apprentice and I manage the company's social media to keep our social media presence, colleague relationship, send out the weekly colleague bulletin, and manage stakeholder relationships as well.
I have learnt many new skills and also developed few existing skills for example, communication skills, using my own initiative, teamwork and leadership skills and etc. I have also gained a lot of knowledge which will help me in my digital marketing career.
I have enjoyed my programme a lot. There were few topics I had to ask my tutor to run back on so I understand completely however my tutor usually read my facial expressions and body language to make sure I have understood or not which was very helpful as sometimes I would not want to disrupt my class by wanting to go over a topic again.
My prgramme was very well structured thanks to my tutor. He was very organised and would always let us know what topics we have covered and what topics we need to cover. He would also go above and beyond to provide us with tools and let us have a head start if we already caught up with our work.
I have received continuous support from my employer as I would have monthly catch-ups with my Line Manager so if I was ever stuck on something I would mention it in our catch-ups and we would come up with a solution.
I have received a lot support from my training provider. Whenever I was unsure about something or needed help, I would email my tutor and he would always get back to me as soon as possible as well as take the time out his day to MS teams me and go over whatever I was stuck on or unsure of.
I feel that my qualification helps me to perform better in my role by having a lot of knowledge on different aspects in digital marketing which opens many doors for me as I am not stuck doing few repetitive tasks.

I would recommend Inspire ATA to a friend as I know they are trustworthy, they help you along the way in your journey so you're not alone and they're very easy to reach out to.
one tip I would give to anyone applying to Inspire ATA is to do research into the apprenticeship you are doing and try to stay organised and manage your time well throughout your apprenticeship as that plays a key role in the success of your apprenticeship.
