I have gained a further knowledge of how to manage a store in retail and developed customer service skills
I moderately enjoy the apprenticeship but the job role not so much.
The apprenticeship is set up well and there is good support and help available
i receive a good amount of support from my employer
I receive a great amount of support from my training provider.

The apparent non negotiable early and long working hours. You can finish a 10 hour work shift at 10PM on Monday and be starting work at 5AM on Wednesday which is not enough time to get adequate rest.
Check the hours that you are meant to be working and say something to management if you are unhappy with hours, if you don’t say stick up for yourself it becomes regular.
