  • fully supported by my line manager, delivery manager and senior management as well as the apprenticeship team

  • my trainer is fully supportive and will go above and beyond to ensure i fully understand the work

  • as it is based on the role i have been in since 2015 it is helping me understand the background work as well as allowing me to further develop the skills i have picked up whilst in the role

  • i am a mental health ally for my site as well as a mha regional spoc for the north west and i have previously been an on-site digital support officer
