i find it really beneficial to my job role
very well organised
fully supported by my line manager, delivery manager and senior management as well as the apprenticeship team
my trainer is fully supportive and will go above and beyond to ensure i fully understand the work
as it is based on the role i have been in since 2015 it is helping me understand the background work as well as allowing me to further develop the skills i have picked up whilst in the role
i am a mental health ally for my site as well as a mha regional spoc for the north west and i have previously been an on-site digital support officer
