  • I enjoy it a lot, its great to be able to learn theory and apply it straightaway in the job I have experience in. Its brings a new perspective to my work and organisation.

  • Quite well, although I have been attending modules as and when they open up so its mainly dependant on this, instead of being ordered.

  • My employer has been very supportive, helping to arrange the course and then provide me with the time to study and write assignments.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I'm well supported, my course lead is very approachable and easy to contact. The Bud learning platform is straightforward to use and makes it easy to submit my work.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have a more rounded and thoughtful approach to everything I do, rather than just replicating what I've seen or done in the company before. I feel more capable, motivated and professional as a result.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Not really. Some social events take place to mark project closure milestones, but this is dependent upon the styles of the individual project managers and each team.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • The company is a large organisation, with lots of well thought out processes. The business understands its place in the market, and where it needs to go in future to keep satisfying customers.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Morrisons?
  • I would recommend joining Morrisons. Make sure you think about the customer constantly in the answers you provide during interviews, and keep this quality so this focus is reflected in your work. Morrisons has lots of experienced staff - do what you can to learn as much as possible from them.
