I worked at a nursery whilst doing online webinars and feedback with a tutor. I helped with the needs of children everyday and made sure they were met whilst also providing engaging activities for their next steps
I have learned to be more patient with children and also with the staff members I work with. I have learnt safeguarding and what signs to look out for and how to raise these concerns
I really enjoyed being an apprentice and because I had help for the workplace I had finished the apprenticeship early which was a bonus
Very well structed as tutor emailed manager of webinars so she was also aware I had them. I was given time out at work to attend these and things were communication well
Employee offered help when needed and gave me lots of tasks and trainings to do to increase my off the job hours
Tutor helped a lot and gave me ways to improve after discussions. She would tell me what I did well and then things that the end point assessor would also look for
I have learned how to perform better and that shows in my work
I can get involved in after school clubs if I wanted to
Yes
Well communicated, help when needed and I enjoyed the whole process
Don’t be afraid to do it. It’s worth it even if the work load seems a lot, they help you with it if you need it.
