  • I worked at a nursery whilst doing online webinars and feedback with a tutor. I helped with the needs of children everyday and made sure they were met whilst also providing engaging activities for their next steps

  • I have learned to be more patient with children and also with the staff members I work with. I have learnt safeguarding and what signs to look out for and how to raise these concerns

  • I really enjoyed being an apprentice and because I had help for the workplace I had finished the apprenticeship early which was a bonus

  • Very well structed as tutor emailed manager of webinars so she was also aware I had them. I was given time out at work to attend these and things were communication well

  • Employee offered help when needed and gave me lots of tasks and trainings to do to increase my off the job hours

  • Tutor helped a lot and gave me ways to improve after discussions. She would tell me what I did well and then things that the end point assessor would also look for

  • I have learned how to perform better and that shows in my work

  • I can get involved in after school clubs if I wanted to

  • Well communicated, help when needed and I enjoyed the whole process

  • Don’t be afraid to do it. It’s worth it even if the work load seems a lot, they help you with it if you need it.
