Nursery educator Review

My role includes changing nappies, recording and observing development, doing activities with children based on their area of learning and what they need to develop on, supporting parents and a lot mods

I have developed my confidence throughout my apprenticeship and have learnt about EYFS on a large scale.

I enjoyed it a lot as it increased my confidence and despite having to do the coursework, it was a very fun course to do which has lead me to be an employer in such a rewarding industry.

Very structured and professional, they were also flexible when I needed extra support/time with my deadlines

I received a lot of support from my employer during my apprenticeship which really helped me excel.

I can’t fault my training provider and my tutor! They have been great

If I hadn’t have done my role, I feel like I would not be as confident and as knowledgable as I am after completing it.

We often to employee nights/days out which helps us bond outside of work and get to know eachother on a personal level.
