Management of the team, systems and running of the business, maintaining sales and labour.
Developed many skills and knowledge which has lead me in to a new role, learning more about what goes within the business and systems that keep the business running. I have also developed people / HR skills.
It was enjoyable at first but slight complicated with my new role and lifetime not communicating as well as they should have.
At first, quite organised but then lacked communication, not very organised and I self managed a lot of the learning and work.
In store I had to beg for time for my apprenticeship to complete learning, I did manage a lot of the learning in my own time at home, when I moved to people services they was very supportive and gave me time needed and also provided extra support and learning opportunities which I highly appreciate
At first very communicative but near the end barely had any meetings, didn’t speak and I self managed my work, I had to constantly chase for results and information regarding my apprenticeship
Provided me more knowledge and learning opportunities for hospitality, it helps me perform better because it has given me more business thinking skills and mindset
Many professional networking events I have dove into and been apart of.
Yes
Opportunities, skills, network, just an overall great place to work endless opportunities, amazing friendly people who support you, so many different roles to work, just an overall good workplace
Be your genuine authentic self, have passion in what you do and enjoy every moment.
