due to the nature of my job role i am unable to set out what i done on a daily basis. other than this i was customer based.
I have worked for the past 12 years so I found I didn't develop new skills. This was cause the topics I was learning I personal experiences from. I would say I developed my knowledge in those areas.
I personally didn't enjoy my programme, my job was a busy role so I found myself getting set more work to do on top of the work load that had already been set - I felt pressure as I struggled to keep on top of it.
At the start of the apprenticeship it wasn't organised well, we were due to start the apprenticeship when we started work and we started 4 months later, had no communication throughout this time period as to why.
My line manager was very supportive when it came to the apprenticeship whether it was organising days for me to shadow to count towards my off the job hours or when I needed advice.
I found my coach was very supportive
As I have gained more knowledge in some areas I have personal experience in I feel that this would help me perform better.
