My job role involve operational delivery work. Handling case files, Verifying customers' application document and creating new cases, sending correspondences to customers and replying letters and emails.
Yes, I have learnt new skills and improved on my existing knowledge and skills in the following areas; communication, teamworking, confidence, data handling, safety etc
I am enjoying the programme to a great extent
The programme is well organized and structured
I do receive a great support by my employer, Manager and team members. I am given two days off work each month for my learning days.
I receive great support from the training provider especially my Talent Coach who always support my learning, mark and provide feedbacks to support my improvement
My qualification through Lifetime training provider helps my to preform better in my job role. It have improved my knowledge and skill and in turn have impacted greatly in my performances at job place and my goal achievement in general
