Standard shop floor activities, working stock and payments with customers and dealing with any questions they may have.
I have learned how to more effectively communicate and manage my time.
I enjoy my program as it helps me evolve my skills and gain experience that will help me in the future.
It is well organised with me having set time per shift to conduct my learning.
I receive alot of support from my employer with set hours to do learning and experience from them.
I receive a good amount of experience from my training provider as they are open to any questions I may have.
It helps me perform much better as it allows me to learn about my customers and how I should effectively interact with them.
At work we have social gatherings a few times a year and it allows me to be more sociable and natural with them.

It is a very demanding but rewarding place to work with a friendly team and great experiences to be gained from it.
Learning comes first, it will become second nature in time.
