Work stock, date checking, partial inventories, safe/money handling, checks on cashiers, fix the self check outs, work specials (condense, merchandise, relay)

at times it was interesting but at times also quite boring and felt unnecessary
Nice and organised, changed to a new platform mid-apprenticeship which was much much easier to navigate and understand where I was up to on the course
