• Coordinating all paperwork throughout employee lifecycle, from contracts to contract changes and leaver admin. • Create and update HR records and databases with personal, financial, and other data. • Assist with managing the recruitment process: post job openings, screen CV’s, coordinate and schedule interviews. • Manage and arrange new starter and leaver process for employees: arranging inductions, arranging certain training, working with line managers to ensure smooth on-boarding or leaving process. • Supporting the HR Manager with ad-hoc projects. • Filing management of HR and training records. • Assist with arranging and coordinating company events. • Responding to general HR queries from the team. • Ad-hoc administrative tasks. • Maintain calendars for appointments, sort mail, make copies for Kentec’s senior team. • Scheduling travel arrangements for senior executives. • Greeting visitors, helping them navigate through an office, and supplying them with refreshments as they wait.
Today, I attended the phase 1 Workshop to begin my apprenticeship. the most important subject was the key requirements and progression of the apprenticeship program. I have learn ethical practice like British Values, EDI, Equality Act 2010, Safeguarding. There was group activity done, which help me to understand practical site of EDI. We have discussed how to plan activities to support goal; how to manage our time and plan developing and evidence leaning process. I have completed VARK questionnaire, which shows me what type of learning suite me. The last part of our Workshop helps me to understand, how to use OneFile to start my journey with apprenticeship.
I appreciate this program for its utility in my professional endeavors.
The program is very well organized. The calendar of all meetings was made available to us at the beginning of the course, along with the topics of the meetings. Communication via emails and messages on OeFile is smooth.
My manager is very supportive. I can follow myself in any situation and learn new things.
I have great support. I can ask for help on any issue and receive answers and support very quickly.
I'm only at the beginning of my course, but the knowledge from the first classes has helped me greatly to refine one of my important projects at work.
