My role is to take care of all the children within the room, make sure all their needs are met and observe, assess and plan for my key children.
I have developed more caring skills such as how to do a nappy and how to observe, plan and assess.
I adore it
The structure and organisation is amazing my trainer is always on hand to help me if I ever need as well.
I receive loads of support not only about my work but also within my personal life.
My trainer is always on hand to answer questions and give me the support I need.
It makes me perform the best to my ability as it teaches me everything I could ever need to know.
We often go out together on a weekend or our room will have a get together at times. We also have a yearly Christmas do where we also get to meet staff from our sister nurseries.
Yes
It is the best workplace and the staff are so supportive and lovely. I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.
Be yourself and just get stuck in with everything we do
