    • Yes I have completed multiple training courses relevant to developing my job role. And am completing an ongoing apprenticeship.

    • I really enjoy the program and learn from it.

    • The program is organised which helps me as someone who is dyslexic to navigate what I am doing to achieve my best potential.

    • I receive support by having the apprenticeship and being able to complete this working my job role.

    • A lot of support is provided and guidance when I am unsure of something.

    • A lot as I learn a lot of things regarding governing bodies, legislations wider organisations etc.

    • There is not currently any extra activities that I am aware of at this time.

    • Because I personally enjoy my job what I can offer and what I can get back

    • To be your true self and ask for help when needed as you will receive guidance without being judged
