Looking after children, completing paper work and house hold duties. Safeguarding and working with other agencies.
Yes I have completed multiple training courses relevant to developing my job role. And am completing an ongoing apprenticeship.
I really enjoy the program and learn from it.
The program is organised which helps me as someone who is dyslexic to navigate what I am doing to achieve my best potential.
I receive support by having the apprenticeship and being able to complete this working my job role.
A lot of support is provided and guidance when I am unsure of something.
A lot as I learn a lot of things regarding governing bodies, legislations wider organisations etc.
There is not currently any extra activities that I am aware of at this time.
Yes
Because I personally enjoy my job what I can offer and what I can get back
To be your true self and ask for help when needed as you will receive guidance without being judged
