    • I learnt a lot during my course. I managed to gather lot more information around the guidelines and laws of my previous role

    • I enjoyed learning things that I would not have known. The assessor was amazing and he helped no end.

    • At the start it was a lot to take in then I got a new assessor who explained everything step by step and this helped me finally finish the course

    • Only really got support when she wanted the course finished with.

    • Loads. Could not have been more helpful, supportive and always available to answer any questions.

    • It helped me a lot as it has opened my eyes to certain aspects of the role I would not have known
