  • HR Admin - managing contractual changes, processing statutory leave, answering calls and emails on a range of HR matters, producing org charts, reporting, processing leavers, references, managing staff passes

  • Yes - how to coach managers, more business understanding, data driven work, communication skills, digital skills e.g. Presentations and report writing

  • Yes I enjoy my programme and have learnt a lot of things. My TDO stretches my knowledge

  • Yes slides/break out packs sent out day before - TDO always prepared.

  • Yes I have a supportive manager and TDO that push me and answer any of my questions.

  • Yes - good response time to questions via email. Drop in sessions set up to ask any questions on the Phase.

  • Yes - more confidence and able to communicate with my colleagues and stakeholders more effectively.

  • Yes

  • Supportive and experienced TDO's, the organisation puts its learners first and has a duty of care to them making sure they have good wellbeing e.g. Tootoot they can raise any issues

  • Keep organised and exercise good time Keep up to date with learning journals Embrace the programme and get involved with break out activities etc
