HR Admin - managing contractual changes, processing statutory leave, answering calls and emails on a range of HR matters, producing org charts, reporting, processing leavers, references, managing staff passes
Yes - how to coach managers, more business understanding, data driven work, communication skills, digital skills e.g. Presentations and report writing
Yes I enjoy my programme and have learnt a lot of things. My TDO stretches my knowledge
Yes slides/break out packs sent out day before - TDO always prepared.
Yes I have a supportive manager and TDO that push me and answer any of my questions.
