New Skills
I found the programme interesting and enjoyed the way it enhanced my career options within my role
It was broadly well structured. I would have appreciated more information regarding the structure of the 'classroom' based sessions so that I could prepare in advance
I received support when I advocated for it.
I received good support from my tutor, how ever felt that the trainer for the classroom based sessions was not as knowledgeable which made answering questions in the sessions difficult
It has improved how I approach my role and provided me with a new skill set that is in demand in my workplace
