Yes, the leadership and team management skills have bene particularly useful
I have been waiting along time to get authorisation to sign on to the program and was thrilled to be learning the technical aspects of project management. I have been able to embed this learning in the day job.
The program was well structured. Though the original timeframe seemed quite tight, but I was able to talk this through with the learning provider and work to a plan that suited me.
Line management were supportive and I had support from a dedicated apprenticeship manager. I was allowed time to complete the 20%
support was good. Perhaps a bit of a gap when tutors were switched around, plus a little bit of confusion around exam dates but apart from that support was good.
I have a much better appreciation for project management and have been able to put this into proctice in a project I was made project manager for.
Yes there are all sorts of things to get involved in
Yes
Their professional friendly approach helped ,me gain my project management apprenticeship of which I achieved a Distinction.
