Plenty of data skills which have allowed me speed up my pace of work, improve the accuracy of my insights and implement new techniques into my role. One of the main benefits has been my improved ability to source and combine data for more effective analysis.
I have really enjoyed my apprenticeship. The training days are well structured, my coach provides excellent guidance and my assignment requirements are clear. I also greatly enjoy the subject of my qualification.
Very clearly structure, upon enrolment I received a plan for the year with further details updated on my online portal. The courses have also been well structured and organised well in advance which allows me to progress at a steady pace.
My employer is very supportive. They are very welcoming of me taking time out to complete my training and other apprenticeship activities. My manager stay up to date on my progress through my reviews and is open to any support I may need.
My coach is very supportive and has made me aware of other functions and resources that are available to me. On my apprenticeship I have reached out for excel specific resources and received prompt responses.
My qualification enables me to complete work quicker, more accurately and allows me to work more independently with a less reliance on support from others, namely our data team.
My employer offers many social events, parties and team building exercises, for example dinners and healthy exercise activities.
