  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • In my roll I work with different managers across the business to help them understand their teams performance and the direction in which the team is heading in. Also, giving suggestions backed up with data on how I believe the team can improve.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt skills such as excel and also a knowledge in tableau which I now use on a day to day business for a lot of my data visualisation. I have also learnt soft skills such as confidence when presenting and communication.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoyed my programme from the very beginning starting with more basic excel skills to later getting more advanced knowledge. Whilst also helping to improve my report writing skills which then could be transferred to the workplace. The programme was also very engaging and left you wanting to learn more.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme was very well structured with information of all your courses and when they are going to be. This helped be prepared and plan the whole programme.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My Employer supported me throughout attending all of my reviews whilst also helping by giving me new projects so that I constantly had options on what to base my apprenticeship reports off.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider was very supportive sending me additional content to go through after training sessions incase I wanted to further my knowledge. Also, My training provider was always just an email or call away if I had any sort of question or needed any help.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification has helped to improve my knowledge with excel and tableau and the overall world of data. Coming in with no knowledge at all to being able to work individually on projects has shown a clear increase in performance.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes we can play football after work once a week and also plenty of social activities.

  • Yes

  • They are always on hand to help with any questions with also a very structured and easy to follow system.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Baltic Apprenticeships?
  • My advice would be to apply through their website as this is what I did and got a very quick response with the team being very helpful to find me a roll.
