Incredibly supported throughout the whole programme, with access to further training and courses to continue the development and expand on skills that are tailored to my role and needs too. Would recommend Baltic to anyone who was looking to get into Data as the support and training can be moulded to suit any industry and data skills are vital for companies these days looking to make informed decisions and increase their efficiency and productivity of the teams.
I've learned so many skills, mainly around Excel and visualisations that support my work in being clearer and easier to interpret when presenting and reporting on which allow myself and my directors to make decisions that have been informed by the data. It's opened my eyes to see what skills are out there and how they can benefit my role further from things that I didn't even know about.
I really enjoy the programme, my colleagues that I train with are really engaged and interactive which makes it enjoyable but the coaches and team who deliver the training give their best support to each individual and will do anything for myself and the other learners! It's great to see that my needs in my role to develop are in their best interests.
The programme is really well organised and structured with everything planned in advance and a clear road map of where you will and should be at any given point in the programme as well a clear indicators of what is coming next. With the addition of masterclasses, this has only added more structure to the programme.
My employer couldn't be any more supportive with me and my role - they are very keen for me to take any time that I need to train and develop as part of my programme and are keen to allow me to take direction of projects and understand that my work will have huge benefits for the company too.
I feel like I have been constantly supported throughout the programme with time and resources that have been needed. It's great to see how keen they are for people to develop their skills, especially in such a crucial industry that is shaping the future of the tech and digital space.
I have learned so much about Excel and Data visualisation that has increased my efficiency and productivity within my role but it has also supported the performance of the entire team who are able to use my data and findings to identify training needs for the wider team which supports us in doing our role to a much higher level.
There is plenty of extra curricular activities provided within the workplace.
