Yes I have developed my skills as I learnt much more about my role and how it effects the wider company
I enjoyed the first 6 months to a year, the rest was pretty rough as I just continually got forgotton or more and more roadblocks were put up to stop me finishing the course
The part relating to my actual apprenticeship was well structured and regularly checked the part dealing with maths had no organisation at all.
My employer made allowances, gave me time to get finished and supported at every step of the way whatever I needed to get it done
From my coach lots of support from the provider itself nothing, had very little response until complaints came from within screwfix
it think its helped me be more confident in my role because it highlights what i already knew and expanded on the existing framework
my team arranges social events
Yes
because it is a quality employer that pays well for expected levels and has many different support mechanisms in place for staff and teams
