Building relationships with children and parents, tracking and recording child development for my key group. Providing care routines such as nappy changes snd meal times and looking after day to day needs.
Increased knowledge in safeguarding. Developed skills in building relationships with parents and carers.
I really enjoyed my course, my tutor made the studying really enjoyable and helped me expand my knowledge.
Very organised. I knew the order of topics and I knew my responsibilities.
Was given time in work hours to study and expand my knowledge further.
Great support from my tutor including preparation for end point assessment and observations. Always giving me areas to improve to develop my practice.
