My role involves training and Development of teams within our business and I also work on a Project that aims to increase the amount of Progressesions we create as a business.

I have massively developed my understanding of Data Analysis and what is involved in a Data Analysis project such as gathering data, data cleansing and validation, data security, data visualisation and communication.
